Design of transfer mechanisms to nanocontainers: DNA translocation module

The objective of the group of Margarita Salas is to amplify the DNA, containing the gene to be expressed, in lipidic vesicles obtained by the group of Francisco Monroy. The DNA amplification will be carried out by bacteriophage ø29 DNA polymerase with random hexamers. The amplified DNA will be transcribed to RNA and the latter will be translated to proteins by a transcription-translation coupled system.
